Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We ask that you arrive on time so we can give you the full, unhurried experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service.

We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary depending on the length, complexity, and add-ons chosen during your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

We maintain strict hygiene standards for every client. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or nail concerns before your treatment.

Beautyphile Nail Cork is not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
